By accessing or using OneFoundr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OneFoundr provides a platform for creating disposable, real-time collaboration OneFoundr. The Service allows users to create anonymous OneFoundr for collaboration, hosting giveaways, and gathering communities. OneFoundr can be public or private, and real-time collaboration is available without requiring sign-up for public access.

3. User Accounts

To create and manage playgrounds, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Anonymous Usage

Public users can access and use the Service without registration. All public users are 100% anonymous, and no personal data is collected or stored for anonymous users.

5. Data Collection

For registered users, we collect and store only the following minimal data:

• Playground ID
• Email address
• Name (as provided during registration)

No other personal data is stored. Public users remain completely anonymous.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneFoundr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
